Today, Blessing is reunited with her mother, attending church every Sunday, and now in school. This transformation began when she bravely left the streets and reconnected with her mother—once separated by struggles with alcohol—bringing her mom to faith along the way.
From a street child with no hope to a young girl with a restored family, a growing faith, and an education ahead, Blessing’s story is a testament to God’s grace and the power of prayer.

Joe grew up loving God, but in his twenties, he drifted away—ending up on the streets, dealing drugs, and becoming a leader among street youth. Respected on the streets but far from God, his life seemed set on a destructive path.
One Sunday, out of curiosity, Joe boarded a church bus with other street kids. He wasn’t seeking God—but God was seeking him. During the service, the Holy Spirit broke through his hardened heart, and Joe re-surrendered his life to Christ.
Joe became a leader in ministry, using his influence to bring hope to street kids. He helps organize outreach, encourages youth to come to church, and mentors them toward a better future. His passion is to see others escape the cycle he once lived in. Joe’s transformation is proof that no one is beyond God’s grace.

Nearly every youth responded to the gospel, praying to receive Christ. They received scriptures and clothing, joined in football, drama, and team games, and built lasting friendships. Ministry leaders spent time listening to their stories—testimonies of God’s healing, hope, and transformation.
By the end of the day, there was unity, joy, and a renewed passion for faith.

Grace's testimony is a powerful reminder of resilience and the transformative power of faith. She opened up about her harrowing past, a time when she felt utterly “damaged” while living on the streets. The weight of her experiences was compounded by the silence of her young daughter, who didn’t speak for three long years. Grace often felt lost and alone, grappling with the despair of their situation.
However, everything began to change when she found a community at her church. With each Sunday service, Grace felt a flicker of hope reignite within her. The support and love she encountered there were unlike anything she had experienced before. Miraculously, her daughter, once trapped in silence, began to find her voice again. Grace describes it as nothing short of a miracle—a testament to the healing power of love, faith, and community.
Now, Grace is not only committed to her spiritual journey but also determined to improve their lives. She actively seeks opportunities to get off the streets and find work that will enable her to provide for herself and her daughter. Her gratitude to God is palpable; she understands that every small step she takes is a move towards a brighter future. Grace’s story is one of hope, illustrating that even in the darkest times, the light of faith and love can guide us toward healing and renewal.
In JULY 2025, Pastor Chris organized a special baptism service. It wasn't easy to get permission to bring 40+ street kids to be baptized in a pool.
On this day, buses were rented to transport over 40 street kids and 15 church members to a public pool.

On this day, buses were rented to transport over 40 street kids and 15 church members to a public pool.
36 street kids from ages 14 to 24 were baptized that day. Praise the Lord!
Each of these kids were known by Pastor Chris. Chris preached the meaning and significance of water baptism that previous Sunday.
If you will notice in the picture (how this boy holds his hands), many of these kids took this event very seriously.
Another exciting thing about this day, was that clothes that were purchased for those baptized (because they don't have extra clothing to change into), was purchased from Grace (one of the young women from the streets that we have helped start her own clothing business).
With additional funds, we have now begun to bring food into the streets. For many of these kids, the only real meal that get during the week is on Sundays in Church. So, Pastor Chris and members of his church have started going into the streets to provide a second meal during the week. As you can see in the picture, they line up and are fed a great, full and nutrious meal.
