Our primary objective is to introduce these street kids to Jesus. We know and have seen the inner transformation that comes from knowing our Lord Jesus Christ. However, how can one tell of God's love to those who are starving, hurting and in desperate need of help?
This is why, on a weekly basis, members of the local church are feeding, clothing, teaching, loving and caring for kids and youth living in the streets of Lusaka, Zambia. God's love is being poured into these kids - giving them hope, dignity, education and opportunities that are leading them out of the streets.
Our heart for this ministry is based on Matthew 25:34-40. "...I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me... ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ (NLT)"
